Emma 's father was George Manuel Webb and her mother was Amelia Ellen “Nellie” Tarrant (Webb). Her paternal grandparents were Addison J. Webb and Wilmouth Griffin Harder (Webb). She had a brother and two sisters, named Arthur, Daisy and Pearly. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Orval, George, Bessie, Gladys and Helen. She died in August 1897 in Effingham County, Illinois.
