Deborah Kay Webb (Swallow)

Deborah, known as Debbie, was born on September 5th, 1955 in Muncie, Indiana. Debbie's father was Ernest Farrell Webb Sr. and her mother is Edna Marie Smith (Webb Bumbalough Powell Claywell). Her paternal grandparents were Emmett Albert Webb and Evelyn Elizabeth Buie (Webb Russell); her maternal grandparents were Rufus Leamon Smith and Mary Ruth Wallace (Smith Dalton). She had three brothers named Mike, Junior and Jeff. She had a half-brother named Charlie. She died of an unknown cause, Death Certificate: "Undetermined after autopsy & toxicology", at the age of 28 on July 26th, 1984 in Muncie, Indiana. The funeral took place on July 30th, 1984 in Muncie, Indiana and was arranged by Parsons Mortuary. She was buried on July 30th, 1984 in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
