Claude Staggs (Buie)

Claude was born on October 14th, 1894 in Wayne County, Tennessee.  Claude's father was James Naseworth Staggs and her mother was Sara Jane Staggs (Staggs). She had four brothers and three sisters, named Sylvester, Calvin, Charley, William, Sarah, Mary and Ada.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named George, Joseph, Sophronia, Winney and Mollie.  She died at the age of 65 on July 25th, 1960 in Lawrence County, Tennessee.  She was buried at the Pleasant Garden Cemetery.
