Lee Commodore Carroll

Lee was born in 1870 in Lewis County, Tennessee.  Lee's father was William Andrew Carroll and his mother was Sarah Jane Quillen (Carroll).  His paternal grandparents were Andrew Sterling Carroll and Anne Kelly (Carroll). He had six brothers and five sisters, named John, William, Joshua, Liondus, Willis, James, Jenny, Polly, Martha, Malinney and Melvina.  He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children.
