Dingena was born in November 1794 in Capelle (Noord Brabant) and her baptism took place there on November 2nd, 1794.1  Dingena's father is Jacobus Ramstijn and her mother was Martina Mes.  Her paternal grandparents are Adriaan Ramstyn and Adriana Vissers; her maternal grandparents are Martinus Mes and Adriana van Diemen. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Adriaan, Martinus, Martinus, Cornelis, Johanna, Adriana, Greta, Cornelia and Geertrui.  She was the third oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 20 on November 19th, 1814 in Capelle (Noord Brabant).1
