Anna was born in May 1732 in Nootdorp and her baptism took place there on May 11th, 1732.1   Her godmother was/is Cornelia Jacobsdr Hogervorst. Anna's father was Jacob Jacobszn Hogervorst and her mother is Neeltje Claesdr van den Bosch.  Her paternal grandparents are Jacob Jacobszn Hogervorst and Marijtje Dirksdr Vermeulen. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Jacob, Dirk, Marijtje, Geertje Jacobsdr, Lena and Anna.  She is the fourth oldest of the seven children.
