Esau Austen

Esau was born on March 11th, 1824 in Tenterden, Kent, England and his baptism took place there on May 9th, 1824. Esau's father was Samuel Austen and his mother was Catherine Reader. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Austen and Mary Hunt; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Reader and Sarah Merralls. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, William, Henry, Catherine, Mary, Jane, Francis and Sarah. He was the nineth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 73 on April 24th, 1897 in Tenterden, Kent, England.
