Cecily Austen

Cecily was born in 1892 in Rolvenden, Kent, England. Cecily's father was William Austen and her mother was Catherine Slingsby. Her paternal grandparents were Esau Austen and Ellen Wilson; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Slingsby and Hannah Baker. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, Emma, Catherine, Ellen, Hannah and Beatrice. She was the seventh oldest of the eight children.
