Alfred Addy

Alfred was born in 1868 in Rolvenden, Kent, England. Alfred's father was Spencer Addy and his mother was Sarah Austen. His paternal grandparents were William Addy and Mattilda Glover; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Austen and Sarah Wightwick. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Spencer, Albert, George, Agnes, Sarah, Rachel and Caroline. He was the sixth oldest of the eight children.
