James was born on July 1st, 1926. James' father was Mr Levi James Withers and his mother was Mrs Irene Beatrice Pease. His paternal grandparents were James Withers and Mrs Alice Emma Walters (Withers). He had a brother and two sisters, named Wilfred, Alice and Bessie . He died due to a medical problem at the age of 72 on October 18th, 1998.
