James Withers 
James was born on November 19th, 1843 in Cheddar, England.1 James' father was Mr George Withers and his mother was Mrs Eliza Ellis. His paternal grandparents were Mr James Withers and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Mr William Ellis and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Charles, George, Mary, Emily, Sarah and Eliza. He was the second oldest of the seven children.
