Henry Spencer

Henry was born on November 20th, 1803 in Bursledon, Hampshire.¹ Henry's father was Henry Spencer and his mother was Ann Carter. His paternal grandparents were Henry Spencer and Mary Coles. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George, John, Ann, Sally and Eliza. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 89 on May 22nd, 1893 in Bursledon, Hampshire.¹

  1891 census age 87 South Stoneham, S. Mary Extra,Southampton. Found headstone in old churchayard of St.Leonards in Bursledon. On it, is included that of Susanna who died February 22nd 1885 aged 78 years, Henry's death given as May 22nd 1893 aged 89 years.
