Margaret Emma Hughes

Margaret was born on October 30th, 1894 in 436 Borough Road, Birkenhead, Cheshire.¹ Margaret's father was John William Hughes and her mother was Elizabeth Ann Turvey. Her maternal grandparents were George Turvey and Elizabeth Roberts. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John, George, Edwin, Herbert, Ronald, Gwladys and Gwendoline. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U S A.¹
