Sarah Golding Gowland

Sarah was born in 1817 in Harwich. Sarah's father was Thomas (Smack Owner) Gowland and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Martin. Her maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. She had a sister named Mary . She was the younger of the two children. She had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named Thomas, Halifax yard ipswich, Joseph, Edward, John, Shipwrights Arms West St and Caroline. She died at the age of 19 on November 26th, 1836 in Harwich.

  "Deaths - 26th ult. [i.e. November] at Wivenhoe in the 19th year of her age, Sarah Golding, youngest daughter of Mrs Harvey, the wife of Mr Thomas Harvey, ship-builder of that place."
