Sarah was born in June 1781 in Barking Essex and her christening took place on June 22nd, 1781 at St Margaret's Barking.1   Sarah's father was Henry [fisherman] Thredder and her mother was Priscella Vere.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Thredder and Jane Marchant; her maternal grandfather was Henry Vere and her maternal grandmother is Mary. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Wiilliam, William, Joseph, Bannister, John, Jane, Mary, Priscella and Sarah.  She was the second youngest of the eleven children.  She died in 1781 in Barking Essex.
