Margaret Ellen Perry

Margaret was born on September 19th, 1853 in Heath Street Barking and her christening took place on April 7th, 1854 at St Margaret's Church Barking.¹ Margaret's father was Thomas Douglas Perry (Fisherman) and her mother was Jemima Pollard . Her paternal grandparents are William Perry (Porter) and Douglas; her maternal grandparents were James Pollard (net maker Fisherman) and Jane Malpas. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Henry, Francis, John, Jane, Jemima, Mary and Sarah. She was the third oldest of the nine children.
