Alexander Thomson

Alexander was born on August 22nd, 1835 in Glasgow and his baptism took place on September 6th, 1835 in Barony parish.

Alexander's father was John Thomson and his mother was Agnes Tours.  His maternal grandparents were William Tours and Janet Fulton. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William, John, John, Janet and Isabella.  He was the youngest of the six children.
