James Saunders

James was born on April 6th, 1830 in St. Quivox.¹   James' father was James Saunders and his mother was Margaret Bone.  His maternal grandparents were David Bone and Margaret Smith. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Thomas, David, James, William, Alexander, Richard, Margaret, Christiana, Elspeth, Janet, Ann and Jane.  He was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children.  He died before 1839.
