Annie Peat

Annie was born in 1880 in Old Monkland.¹ Annie's father was Henry Peat and her mother was Janet Arbuckle. Her maternal grandparents were John Arbuckle and Marion Dick. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Thomas, John, Marion, Mary, Mary, Elsie, Isabella and Jenny. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 40 on March 16th, 1920 in Hamilton. She was buried.
