Isabella's father was John Davidson and her mother was Margaret Runcie. She had a sister named Mary.  She was the older of the two children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named John, Charles, <Unknown>, Margaret, Jessie and Annie.  She died at the age of 61 in 1915 in Glasgow.
