Jean (Jane) Armour

Jean, known as Jane, was born in 1840 in Kilmarnock.¹² Jane's father was James Armour and her mother was Jean McMorran. Her maternal grandparents were Robert McMorran and Jean McCrone. She had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Robert, Andrew, James, James, Thomas, Agnes, Janet and Margaret. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 82 in 1922 in Troon.
