Dorothy Tankersley

Dorothy was born on August 23rd, 1792. Dorothy's father was George Tankersley and her mother was Dorothy Roy. Her paternal grandparents were George Tankersley and Mary Longley Long; her maternal grandparents were Reuben Roy and Mary Jane Morton. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John Roy, George, William, Ann Fox, Lucy, Elizabeth F, Mary Jane Morton and Caroline Matilda. She was the youngest of the nine children.
