Cecily de Arundel

Cecily was born in 1140 in Arundel, Sussex, England.¹ Cecily's father was Earl William d'Aubigny III and her mother was Adeliza de Louvain. Her maternal grandparents were Duc Godefroi de Louvain I and Comtesse Ida de Namur. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Simon, Alice, Matilda and Matilda. She was the third oldest of the six children.
