George Pirtle 
George was born on October 6th, 1777.1 George's father was Henry Pirtle and his mother was Mary Viney. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Pirtle and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Andrew Viney and Susannah. He had six brothers and five sisters, named John, Henry, Jacob, Thomas, Isaac, Abner, Artemesia, Mary, Keziah, Elizabeth and Cassandra. He was the third oldest of the twelve children.-
