Artemesia Pirtle

Artemesia was born on November 9th, 1776.¹ Artemesia's father was Henry Pirtle and her mother was Mary Viney. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Pirtle and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Andrew Viney and Susannah. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named John, George, Henry, Jacob, Thomas, Isaac, Abner, Mary, Keziah, Elizabeth and Cassandra. She was the second oldest of the twelve children.
