Thomas Martin was born on October 8th, 1837 in Mocksville, Davie Co., NC, US.1 Thomas Martin's father was Isaac Hillery Foster and his mother was Harriet Bevill. His paternal grandparents were Zenas G. Foster and Dinah Taylor. He had two brothers named James M and Wiley S. He was the youngest of the three children. He had four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Isaac B, Shadrach Shadric M., Calvin, Samuel T, Louisa, Mary A, Nancy Jane, Lydia D and Camilla. He died at the age of 74 on June 17th, 1912 in New Richmond, Montgomery Co., IN, US.2 -
