Cynthia Ann BLUE 
Cynthia Ann was born on July 26th, 1848 in Galesburg, Knox Co., Illinois.1 Cynthia Ann's father was John Salter BLUE and her mother was Elizabeth VANDEVEER. Her paternal grandparents were David BLUE and Phoebe WALLINGFORD. She had two brothers named Absalom A. and Bailey Regan. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Martin, Perry Lewis, John L., Andrew Jackson, Milton, Alvina, Clara and Sarah. She died at the age of 89 on January 31st, 1938 in Galesburg, Knox Co., Illinois.2 -
