Bailey Regan BLUE 
Bailey Regan was born on July 30th, 1852 in Galesburg, Knox Co., Illinois.1 Bailey Regan's father was John Salter BLUE and his mother was Elizabeth VANDEVEER. His paternal grandparents were David BLUE and Phoebe WALLINGFORD. He had a brother and a sister, named Absalom A. and Cynthia Ann. He was the youngest of the three children. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Martin, Perry Lewis, John L., Andrew Jackson, Milton, Alvina, Clara and Sarah. He died at the age of 78 on January 21st, 1931 in Lincoln, Lancaster Co., Nebraska.1 General Notes
