Elizabeth Akin 
Elizabeth was born in 1835 in Perry Twp, Pike Co, Illinois, USA. Elizabeth's father was James Akin and her mother was Eliza Richey. Her paternal grandparents were James Akin and Mary Murphy. She had three brothers and four sisters, named James, John L, Franklin Street, Nancy, Frances R, Caroline and Mary Ann. She was the second oldest of the eight children.General Notes
