Franz Eugene was born on July 14th, 1851. Franz Eugene's father was Charles Peter and his mother was Frederika Frederick. His paternal grandparents were Johan Jacob Peter and Barbara Elizabeth Fuchs. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Carl Herman Rudolph Cornelius, Carl Alfred, Wilhelm August Emil, Carl Rudolph Friedrich, Hermina Rosalia, Maria Colestina, Hennrietta Charlotta and Fredrick Alfred. He is the third youngest of the nine children. He had seven half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Robert, Theodore Philip, August Willhelm, Victor Otto, Wilhelm Arthur, Rudolph Jacob, Arthur Hugo, Clara Elise and Mary Augusta.General Notes
