Piers De Geneville 
Piers was born in 1256 in Trim, County Meath, Ireland. Piers' father was Geoffrey De Geneville and his mother was Maud De Lacy. His paternal grandfather was Simon De Joinville and his paternal grandmother is Beatrice of Burgundy; his maternal grandparents were Gilbert De Lacy and Isobel De Bigod. He had four brothers and a sister, named Geoffrey, Gautier, Jehan, Simon and Joan. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 36 in June 1292.-
