Geoffrey De Geneville

Geoffrey was born about 1254 in Trim, County Meath, Ireland. Geoffrey's father was Geoffrey De Geneville and his mother was Maud De Lacy. His paternal grandfather was Simon De Joinville and his paternal grandmother is Beatrice of Burgundy; his maternal grandparents were Gilbert De Lacy and Isobel De Bigod. He had four brothers and a sister, named Gautier, Piers, Jehan, Simon and Joan. He was the oldest of the six children. He died before October 11th, 1283.
