Isabelle De Avesnes

Isabelle was born about 1275 in Valenciennes, Nord, France. Isabelle's father was Jean II De Avesnes and her mother was Philippine De Luxembourg. Her paternal grandparents were Jean I De Avesnes and Aleida of Holland. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Henri, Jean, Valeran, Willem III, Alix, Marguerite, Jeanne, Marie and Ida. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children. She died in December 1305.
