John Sargent 
John was born on April 22nd, 1791 in Candia, Rockingham County, New Hampshire. John's father was Theophilus Sargent and his mother is Ruth Rowe. His paternal grandfather was Theophilus Sargent and his paternal grandmother is Lydia Mitchell. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Moses, Theophilus, Sally, Betsey, Judith, Lydia and Polly. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 70 in March 1862 in Montville, Maine.-
