Peter was born about 1735 in Caroline Co., VA, USA. Peter's father was Thomas Rucker and his mother was Tinsley. His paternal grandparents were Peter Rucker and Elizabeth Fielding. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Cornelius, John, William, Maudlin, George, Isaac, Estha, Mary, Elizabeth, Martha and Frankey. He was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. He died in July 1775 in Natchez, MS, USA Mississippi Territory.-
