William Rucker 
William was born about 1766. William's father was Peter Rucker and his mother was Sarah Wisdom. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Rucker and Tinsley; his maternal grandparents were John Wisdom and Ann Collins. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Colby, Jonathan, Catherine and Susannah. He was the second youngest of the five children.-
