Tagitha Ridgway

Tagitha was born on June 16th, 1795.  Tagitha's father was James Ridgway and her mother was Elizabeth Tennison.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Ridgway and Lucy Christian; her maternal grandparents were John Tennison and Elizabeth. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named Nelson, Burel, Bazel, Samuel, James Irwin, John T., Lemuel Thomas, Robert C., Addi, Nancy Tennison and Mary.  She was the third oldest of the twelve children.

‌Tagitha and John were married in a religious ceremony on March 27th, 1817.
