Nelson Ridgway

Nelson was born on March 4th, 1793.  Nelson's father was James Ridgway and his mother was Elizabeth Tennison.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Ridgway and Lucy Christian; his maternal grandparents were John Tennison and Elizabeth. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Burel, Bazel, Samuel, James Irwin, John T., Lemuel Thomas, Robert C., Addi, Tagitha, Nancy Tennison and Mary.  He was the oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 61 in December 1854.

‌Nelson and Anna were married in a religious ceremony on May 4th, 1820.
