Samuel Ridgway

Samuel was born on December 28th, 1800.  Samuel's father was James Ridgway and his mother was Elizabeth Tennison.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Ridgway and Lucy Christian; his maternal grandparents were John Tennison and Elizabeth. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Nelson, Burel, Bazel, James Irwin, John T., Lemuel Thomas, Robert C., Addi, Tagitha, Nancy Tennison and Mary.  He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.
