James Irwin Ridgway

James Irwin was born on May 29th, 1809.  James Irwin's father was James Ridgway and his mother was Elizabeth Tennison.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Ridgway and Lucy Christian; his maternal grandparents were John Tennison and Elizabeth. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Nelson, Burel, Bazel, Samuel, John T., Lemuel Thomas, Robert C., Addi, Tagitha, Nancy Tennison and Mary.  He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 78 on August 19th, 1887.
