John Jackson was born on January 12th, 1812 in TN, USA. John Jackson's father is John Coffee and his mother was Elizabeth Rucker. His paternal grandfather was Benjamin Coffee and his paternal grandmother is Polly; his maternal grandfather was Colby Rucker and his maternal grandmother is Sarah Roberts. He had six brothers and five sisters, named George, Jesse T., Ashburn Osborn, Colby, Benjamin, William, Sarah Lucinda, Elizabeth, Nancy, Margaret E. Peggy and Catherine. He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 65 on October 15th, 1877.-
