William M. Cartledge 
William M. was born on January 29th, 1824. William M.'s father was Samuel Cartledge and his mother was Agnes Weakly Groves. His paternal grandfather was Joseph Cartledge and his paternal grandmother is Dilly Landers. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Grove Harrison, Stephen Groves, Joseph, Samuel, Elizabeth Weakly and Martha. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 69 on May 6th, 1893 in Madison Co., GA, USA.-
