James Monroe Allen 
James Monroe was born on July 9th, 1846 in Hart Co., GA, USA. James Monroe's father was James Allen and his mother was Mary A. Haynes. James Monroe and Mary Elizabeth Frances were married in a religious ceremony on September 30th, 1867. They had seven sons and six daughters, named James Henry Edward, Warren Hardy, Ira Anderson, Luther Vernon, Charlie Harrison, Ernest Christian, Willie Waymond, Lettie Alice, Orphia Ellen, Sara Myrtis, Mary Edna, Evie Caroline and Ida Mae.
