Eliza Jane Merrill 
Eliza Jane was born on October 22nd, 1833. Eliza Jane's father was Abel Merrill and her mother was Eliza Cooley. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Merrill and Elizabeth UNKNOWN. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named William, Green Berry, Nelson Cooley, Nancy, Lavisia Vicey, Mary Elizabeth, Martha, Susan, Temperance and Keziah. She had a half-brother named Charles Pinkney. She died at the age of 77 on February 8th, 1911. She was buried in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery,Jasper County,MS.General Notes
