Hardy L. Keahey 
Hardy L. was born on April 1st, 1876 in Erath Co.,Texas. Hardy L.'s father was Elijah John ,Jr. Keahey and his mother was Margaret Ophelia Hamilton. His paternal grandparents are Elijah John Keahey and Catherine Bethune. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Daniel Reed, John Jesse, James Russell, Henry Alexander, Frank E., Belzora and Sarah J.. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 1 on October 9th, 1877. He was buried in Rock Church Cemetery,Tolar,Hood Co.,Texas.-
