Gideon Gilreath 
Gideon's father was Benjamin Jones Gilreath and his mother was Mary "Polly" Moore. His paternal grandparents were John Gilreath and Johannah Jones. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John Lewis, William Wesley, Benjamin Perry , Jr., James L., Hannah, Anna, Elizabeth, Martha, Mary and Susannah.General Notes
Gideon served the Union during the Civil War as Private, Co I, 33rd Regiment, Missouri Militia. He enlisted in Gallatin, MO on April 30, 1864 and was relieved from active duty on NOvember 25, 1864.
