Mary Louise was born on February 24th, 1905. Mary Louise's father was Alfred Eugene , Dr. Barrett and her mother was Martha Lazell Keahey. Her maternal grandparents were Alvia Wiggin Keahey and Martha Sarah Smith. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Maurice Eugene ,Dr., Selwyn Phillip, Emma Cornelia and Beatrice Elizabeth. She is the third oldest of the five children.-
