James B. Allen 
James B. was born on October 11th, 1856 in Williamson Co. Texas. James B.'s father was Benjamin J. Allen and his mother was Mary Ann Dial. His paternal grandparents were Martin C. Allen and Elizabeth Vice. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph B., J. Miles, Nancy Jane and Frances Catherine. He was the oldest of the five children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Martin Robert, William Brice, T. Horton, Benjamin Patterson and Annie Caroline. He died before 1923.-
