Elizabeth was born on July 26th, 1784 in Newport,Campbell Co.,Kentucky/ Virginia. Elizabeth's father was Nathaniel Vice and her mother is Jermimah Unknown. She had six brothers and three sisters, named George, John, Uriah, Nathaniel ,Jr., Allen, Elijah, Anna, Sarah and Mary. Elizabeth and Martin C. were married in a religious ceremony on September 27th, 1804. They had four sons and six daughters, named Miles Norton, James Bud, Martin Jackson, Benjamin J., Anna C., Mary G., Elizabeth, Nancy, Sarah Ann and Carolina Eliza Matilda Cook.
