Chester Shaver 
Chester was born on April 11th, 1916 in Waltin, Roane County, Virginia. Chester's father was Isaiah W. Shafer and his mother was Eva Ethel Daugherty. His paternal grandparents were Samuel L. Shaver and Sarah Jane Kiser. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Harry, Harry Edward, Mary Ruth and Dorothy Mae. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at just 2 days old on April 13th, 1916. He was buried in Shaver-Beard Cemetery near Big Creek, Virginia.-
